4 center-cut bone-in pork chops
|
| |
1 tsp. vegetable oil
|
| |
1 onion, sliced
|
| |
1 green pepper, sliced
|
| |
1/2 to 1 cup Barbeque sauce
|

|
|

|
|

Instructions |

|
Brown chops in oil in large skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet, keep warm.

|
|
Add onion and pepper to skillet, cook and stir 5 minutes. Add barbeque sauce.
|
|
|
|
Bring to a simmer. Return chops to skillet. Spoon sauce over top. Simmer 5 minutes or until heated through, turning chops once.
