     Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lb bag of frozen hash browns
1/2 C melted butter or margarine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 C grated cheddar cheese
2C crushed corn flakes
 
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes.
Spread into 9x13 baking dish.
Top with corn flakes then pour 1/4 C melted butter over top.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Freezes great - toppings at baking time.
