3 eggs, well beaten
|
| |
1 C raisins
|
| |
1 tsp vanilla
|
| |
1 C butter, room temperature
|
| |
1 C brown sugar
|
| |
1 C white sugar
|
| |
1 tsp salt
|
| |
1 tsp cinnamon
|
| |
2 tsp baking soda
|

2 C oatmeal
|
| |
3/4 C chopped pecans
|

Instructions |

Combine eggs, raisins, vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1 hour.
|

Cream together butter and sugars. Add flour, salt, cinnamon and soda and mix well.
|
|
|
|
Blend in egg, raisin, and vanilla. Then add oatmeal and chopped nuts. Dough will be stiff.
|
|
|
|
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
