Combine 1 cup water and 1/4 tsp yeast, set aside for 5 minutes,
until yeast dissolves. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup flour. After 5
minutes, add 1 tbsp of the yeast mixture o the flour. Add 3/4 cup
of warm water to the flour as well. Let sit overnight. Add 1 cup
warm water. Stir/ knead in the remaining 3 cups of flour, salt, and
yeast. Place in greased bowl and let rise for 2 hours. Form into 2
baguettes and let rise in pan for 30 mins. Bake at 450 for 15
minutes.
