Cream sugar, shortening, eggs, and flavorings. Combine dry
ingredients. Add to sugar mix. Spread all but 1 cup of batter into
a cookie sheet. Pour filling over. Top with the remaining batter.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool. Frost with buttercream
frosting.
