     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup onion
Pinch of salt
Pepper
Milk, to thin
1/2 tsp paprika
 

Instructions
Bake potatoes for 45 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Cut in half, Scoop out centers into bowl. Add butter, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Beat with electric mixer, adding milk to desired thickness. Refill potato skins, top with paprika. Cook at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
