Brown ground beef with diced onion. Add can of tomatoes and
sugar. Heat through. Layer ground beef and corn. Add half the
cheese. Layer hashbrowns. Drizzle olive oil on top. Cook 1 hour
at 350. Adding rest of cheese with 15 minutes left.
