     Fried Fish Whitefish

Ingredients
1/2 c flour
1/4 c cornmeal
1 tsp salt free lemon-pepper seasoning like Mrs Dash
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
veg oil for frying
1 1/2 lb whitefish cut crosswise into 1 inch wide strips
lemon wedges
 

Instructions
In shallow dish mix first five ingredients. In a wok or deep pan pour in enough oil to a depth of 1 inch. Heat to 375 or until 1 inch cue of bread turn golden in 30 seconds. Dredge fish turning and shaking off excess. Deep fry in batches turning once until golden about 4 min.. Transfer to papper towels.
Makes 6 serving. per serving 4 gr carb 1 g fibre
