Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease baking sheet. Sift flour, nutmeg, baking powder and salt. Beat Crisco and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients mix until combined. Shape into three rolls wrap in waxed paper and chill overnight. On surface dusted with powdered sugar roll out each roll and cut out with cookie cutter. Bake 4 or 5 minutes. Cool completely. Decorate.
