     Buttermilk Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick oleo
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup coarse chopped pecans
2 unbaked deep pie shells
 
Whipped cream or pecans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all; beat ole until creamy. Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pie shell, pour in other mixture. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
