     Monkey Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 teaspoons plus extra ground cinnamon
1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits, quartered
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring 1/2 cup sugar and butter or boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Add biscuits and shake to coat. Arrange biscuits in sprayed, floured 8 inch cake pan. Pour liquid mixture over biscuits and sprinkle a little extra sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake for 35 minutes.
