Mix butter, sour cream and flour and refrigerate dough for about 3 hours. Divide in half. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream filling ingredients thoroughly and divide in half. Take half of dough mixture and roll into rectangular shape. Spread half filling down middle. Fold over sides toward middle and place on sprayed baking sheet. Repeat with second half of dough and filling. Place on baking sheet and back for 30 to 35 minutes. Slice in 1 inch serving pieces.
