     Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) package herb croutons
1 pound bulk sausage
6 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
 

Instructions
Sprinkle croutons in sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown sausage in skillet and drain fat. Crumble sausage over croutons. In mixing bowl, mix eggs, onion, soups, milk and a little salt and pepper. Pour over croutons and meat. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
