     Apple Crunch

Ingredients
6 large apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 t. nutmeg or cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
 

Instructions
Preheat over to 325 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan.
Spread apples in pan. Top with sugar. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Mix togethr flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spread over apples.
Bake 1 hour. Serve with ice cram or whipped cream.
