Heat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease cups and add about 1/2 cup to each.
In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloafs.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until loaves are no longer pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center of loaves reads 160°F.
