wash peppers, cut in 2 halves and then slit them.
Boil potatoes and mash them and add all spices.
fill the peppers with mashed potato. Heat mustard
oil in a pan and carefully place each pepper. Let
them cook for 5-7 mins and then flip them so other
side gets cooked too. Potato will get golden
brown, wait for another 5-10 mins. Flip as needed.
