1 loaf unsliced Italian bread
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
3/4 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice bread almost through. Combine butter, chilies and cheese. Spread between bread slices. Wrap loaf with foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
