     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 small bag frozen broccoli
1 small onion
1/2 c. mayo
1 egg (whipped)
1 c. stove top dressing
1 cube butter
1 can crream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cheese, grated (cheddar or monteray jack)
 
Instructions
Cook broccoli and onion. Drain. Add cream of mushroom soup, mayo, and eggs. Mix well. Spread cheese on top.
In separate pan cook stuffing and butter. Spread on top of cheeese and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
