1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add salad oil. Sautee minced onion for 6-7 minutes until it becomes translucent. Transfer sautéed onion in a plate to cool down.

2. Add milk to panko breadcrumbs and mix well.
3. Combine (1) onion, (2) panko mix, meat, egg, salt, pepper and nutmeg to a mixing bowl. Mix with hands until everything is well incorporated.

4. Divide well mixed meat mixture into 4 portions. Shape each into an oval patty. Toss it from one hand to another a couple of times to remove the air from inside the patty. Indent the middle with your thumb which will help it cooked evenly.

5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add salad oil. Place patties in a hot frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Turn them over and again cook until browned on the other side, then turn the heat to low, cover and steam cook for 5 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the patty, and if you see clear liquid coming out of it, then it’s done.
6. Remove the patties out from the pan. Add ketchup and Worcester sauce in the same pan and simmer until it slightly thickens. Place cooked patties back to the pan and coat with sauce.
