     Pad Thai - Skinny

Ingredients
small onion
chopped carrots - steamed
3 cloves garlic
1 can straw mushrooms
1 steamed chicken breast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 of lime/lemon juice
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp siracha sauce
 
splenda
tofu fettucini noodles

Instructions
Coat pan with olive oil. Add garlic. Then mushrooms and onions. Then add steamed carrots. Add half of the sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the noodles. The add the rest of the sauce.
Heat until warm.
