skin and slice the banana down the middle, tear off some foil and spray the inside with spray and cook so the marshmallows won't stick too much.
now place the flake in the middle of the 2 banana slices and put the 6 marshmallows on top close the foil and place on the bbq for about 15 minutes take off and enjoy just make sure u do it after u did your meat when the bbq has cooled a bit.
