     Burgundy Pepper Spoon Steaks

Ingredients
2 Burgundy Pepper Spoon Steaks
3 tablespoons butter
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
2 to 3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 tablespoon chopped italian parsley
 

Instructions
Grill or fry spoon steaks to your liking.
While steaks are cooking, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, cook a few minutes. Add garlic and salt and pepper and continue to saute for 30 seconds. Add wine and cook until mushrooms start to get soft. Stir in parsley.
Serve over hot cooked steaks.
