Lightly butter muffin pan, coat with sugar. Melt butter and
chocolate. Combine the yolks with 2 tbsp sugar, whisk until
mixture is pale yellow and thick, stir in butter and chocolate.
Whisk egg whites until stiff, add 2 tbsp sugar, fold in chocolate
mixture divide among pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Allow to
cool in pan.
