     Dutch Oven Dark Marshmallow Cake

2 stikcs (1 cup) margarine
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups pecan pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup flour
2 cups sugar
1-pound pkg. mini-marshmallows

Melt the margarine. Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, flour, vanilla, and cocoa. Add the margarine to the cocoa mixture and blend, then add the pecan pieces.
Bake in a greased Dutch oven at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Remove the lid when the cake is done and let it cool slightly. Ice with the icing, then palce the marshmallows on top.
Icing Ingredients- 1/2 stick margarine, 1/3 cup cocoa, 16 ounces of powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 cup milk, 1/8 tsp. salt. Icing method- Melt the margarine with the cocoa, stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla, milk and salt and mix until smooth.
