     Greek Chicken Pasta

1 pound of whole pasta- rotini or penne
1 pound of bonless skiness chicken breats- in bite size pieces
1 yellow squash
1 red repper
1 green pepper
1 cup mushrooms- sliced
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pint grape tomatoes - cut in half
1 egg
1 bottle of fat free greek salad dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp water

Chop peppers and squash into bit size strips. Cook pasta as directed- until al dente. Remove from heat when done.
Place egg in bowl and dip chicken pieces in egg then lightly coat with breadcrubms. Add to hot non-stick skillet coated with non stick cooking spray. Cook for few minutes on each side until cooked through. Cook in batches if necessary.
In large skillet- spray non-stick spray and cook on medium setting. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook for 4 minutes then add remaining veggies.
In large bowl mix pasta with veggies and cooked chicken. Add greek salad dress and cheese- mix to coat evenly and serve hot.
