1 oz. Canadian Bacon
1 Can (14 oz) FF Chicken Broth
1 Stalk Celery, chopped
2 small white potatos, sliced
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 C minced parsley (FRESH)
1 C chopped carrot
2 1/2 Tbls. flour
1/2 C evaporated skim milk

Cook first seven ingredients in sauce pan until vegetables are tender.
Mix flour in water until it dissolves. Add to sauce pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes.
Add evaporated skim milk and heat through. Enjoy.
