     Gluten-Free Ginger-Oriental Delight

1/4 C Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
1/8 tsp. minced Garlic
1/2 C mandarin oranges with juice
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 C sugar or honey
1/8 Tamari (or Soy or Braggs)
Cornstarch to thicken

Blend all ingredients with a hand blender or food processor. Pour into saucepan and heat over medium heat stirring constantly until slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes. Remove. Serve warm (in a stir-fry) or chilled (as a salad dressing).
