     Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage
1/2 cup flour
6 cups milk
salt & pepper
seasoning salt
 

Instructions
Brown sausage (add salt and pepper and seasoning salt to taste while sausage is cooking) and drain. Reduce heat to low. Slowly add flour covering sausage, stir into sausage until no white is remaining.
Increase heat to medium. Slowly add milk while stirring constantly. Let cook on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, until boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Gravy should thicken as it cooks, add milk in dashes as needed to thin down.
