     Low Fat San Antonio Dip

Ingredients
2 16oz cans of fat free refried beans
½ cup Mayonnaise (low-fat with Olive oil) if on cleanse omit mayo and add greek yogurt
1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
2 TBS Chili Powder
1 cup chopped green onions with tops
2 to 3 tomatoes chopped
2 4 ½ oz cans of pitted sliced black olives
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (or if on 10 day cleanse use 8 oz cheddar VEGGIE CHEESE)
2 lbs of ground turkey or 90/10 or higher ground beef
 

Instructions
IN 9X13 INCH OVEN PROOF SERVING DISH, SPREAD REFRIED BEANS. HEAT UNDER BROILER UNTIL WARM. (In a separate bowl mix mayo and plain greek yogurt with chili powder) Layer yogurt chili mix carefully over Meat (or beans if just using beans) Layer beans Meat Greek Yogurt mixture Then sprinkle chopped green onion, olives, veggie cheddar cheese, tomatoes and lettuce (optional) Cilantro & green chili’s
For Taco Meat- 2 pounds Ground meat (Can use ground turkey or 90/10 or higher ground beef) 1 tsp salt ½ tsp cumin 1 ½ tsp chili powder 1 ½ cups water ½ tsp garlic powder or you can choose to just use a taco seasoning packet per pound of meat and follow directions!
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Rice Works Brown Rice chips - Sweet Chili or Fresco Salsa Flavor
