     Red Velvet Truffles

Ingredients
1 box Red Velvet Cake mix
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 packages almond bark
1 Cup Chopped Pecans ( optional)
 

Instructions
Make Cake as Directed in a 13 X 9 Pan..(there may be additional ingredients for cake mix) Cool completely and crumble. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter a medium speed until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until combined. Add crumbled cake., beating on low speed until combined.
Line baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Shapre the cake mixture into balls and place on sheet. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Melt almond bark and dip the cake balls in the bark and place back on baking sheet to dry. Top with chopped pecans.
