PORK-
-Rub pork with seasoned salt and paprika
-Heat oil in large skillet and brown each side,
about 3 minutes each side
SAUCE-
-Heat oil in large pot over medium heat
-Add onion and cook 5 minutes
-Stir in vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard
and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, simmer 5
minutes
-Transfer pork to crock-pot, add sauce, cover and
cook high 6 hours or low 8 hours
-Remove pork, shred and put back in with sauce
-Top with a coleslaw and serve
