     Crockpot Enchillada Soup

2 tsp olive oil
1 chopped onion ( small )
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 container swanson chicken broth
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups frozen corn
1 small jar chopped green chilis
3 large chicken breasts
sour cream
green onions

Saute first three ingredients together, then mix everything in crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours. Shred chicken when tender, and put back in crockpot. Serve in bowls with toppings.
