     Chicken - Cornbread Casserole

4 cups cornbread, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cornbread, bell pepper and onion. Mix well. Place half mixture in sprayed 2 quart baking dish. Spread chicken over cornbread mixture. Combine soup and broth and pour over chicken. Place other half of cornbread mixture over chicken and press down. Bake for 45 minutes.
Tip- The small box of Jiffy cornbread mix is a great time saver and inexpensive if you don't want to buy a large package of cornbread.
