Melt margarine and add cocoa, vanilla and salt. Beat eggs and add sugar to them. Add egg mixture to the cooled cocoa mixture. Beat well. Then add flour and beat until smooth.
Pour into ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
Frosting- Beat until margarine melts. Add 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Beat and pour on brownies while hot (While frosting is hot).
