Place the ingredients in the bread pan insert of your bread maker in the following order- water, margarine, sugar, salt, bread flour, corn meal, and rice flour. Make an indentation and add the yeast.
Place the insert in the bread maker and close the lid. Operate according to the manufacturer's instructions to obtain a light-colored, 2-pound loaf.
When the loaf is done, remove it from pan and set it aside on a rack to cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
