In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tbl of the oil over medium heat. Add the onion, cover and cook until soft. Stir in the ketchup, molasses, mustard, 1 Tbl. of the soy sauce, sugar and liquid smoke. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until hot and well mixed. Taste and adjust the seasonings, if necessary. Set aside and keep warm.
Cut the tofu into 1/4-inch strips. Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, turning as needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with the remaining 1 Tbl. soy sauce.
To serve, divide the tofu strips among the four tortillas and spoon the bean mixture on top of the tofu. Roll up the tortillas and serve hot.
