1/8 tsp celery salt
|
|
1/2 cup pamesan cheese
|
|
2 lb tilapia filets (about 3 pieces)

1/4 cup butter, softened
|
|
3 tbs mayo
|
|
2 tbs lemon juice
|
|
1/4 tsp dried basil
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper
|
|
1/8 tsp onion powder
|
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
-Preheat broiler on high and pam broiling pan
-In small bowl mix- parm cheese, butter, mayo and
lemon juice
|
|
|
-Season with basil, pepper, onion powder and celery
salt
-Mix well and set aside
|
|
|
-Put fish on broiler pan and broil a few inches from
the heat for 3 minutes
-Flip and broil 2 more minutes
|
|
|
-Remove fish and cover with parmesan cheese mix on
top side
-Broil 3 more minutes and serve
|
