Whisk together lemon juice, honey, mustard, olive
oil, salt, pepper, and curry in a small bowl.
Place marinade and chicken into a gallon sized bag
and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350F. Place strips into a baking
dish and bake 20 minutes.
Assemble dressing and salad.
