Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top of dip. Place in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until the bread crumbs are golden and dip is bubbling. Serve with your favorite cracker or chips.
