     Beer Bead

Ingredients
3 c self rising flour ( do not use all purpose flour)
1 12 oz can beer
3 T sugar
3 T butter, melted or olive oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 coat 8x4x2 loaf pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl stir together flour, beer and sugar. ( Batter will be like stiff oatmeal) Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, drizzle top with melted butter bake another 20 minutes
Let stand on wire rack for 10 minutes remove from pan slice
