Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add apples and toss.
Put apples in crust to cover bottom.
Combine all topping ingredients except caramel topping.
Mix well until crumbly.
Sprinkle over crust.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Drizzle with caramel topping and serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
