     Autumn Pork in Slow-Cooker

Ingredients
1 package Sauerkraut, drained but not rinsed
2 medium Apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. Caraway seeds
1/4 c. Apple juice
1 Pork Roast (2 - 2.5 pounds)
6 small potatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
 
SAUCE
3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Instructions
Mix together first 4 ingredients in your crock pot. Then push around to the sides to make a well.
Put potatoes in the well and the top with the roast. Spread the mustard over the roast.
Cook in your crockpot on LOW for 7-8 hours.
Mix 3 Tbsp. Dijoin mustard with 2 Tbsp.brown sugar and serve with roast.
