one butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
Instructions
Brown the sausage, onion and garlic. Slice the squash. Puree the
sauce, pepper, oil and basil. Line the pan with the sauce, then a
layer of squash. Then add a layer of the sausage mixture and
repeat. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
