     CHOP SUEY

Ingredients
1/2 pound pork - cut in cubes
1 pound veal - cut in cubes
2 tablespoons fat
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup green pepper
 
2 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce 1 303 can bean sprouts

Instructions
Preheat dutch oven 350F-melt fat & brown meat Add ingredients except soy sauce & bean sprouts Cover & reduce heat 225F Cook 40 minutes Add soy sauce & bean sprouts Thicken gravy with 1/4 cup corn starch & 1/2 cup water. Serve over hot rice
Serving Suggestions
I use only pork. No veal.
