Mix cream cheese, milk,soup,lemon juice, garlic salt and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Brown beef and onion together.
Add tomatoe sauce and catsup
Simmer until thick.
Cook noodles according to package direction,drain well
Spread in greased casserole or utility pan.
Pour cheese mixure over and spread evenly.
Top with even layer of meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
