In a small bowl microwave chocolate chips & sweetened condensed milk on high 1-2 min.; stirring every 30 sec. until chips are melted. Mix well. Pour into 9 inch glass pie pan spreading evenly. Drop marshmellow cream by T. randomly over chocolate mixture. Microwave on high 30 sec. or until marshmellow creme is softened. Immediately make several swirls through chocolate and Marshmellow creating marble appearance. Serve.
