Beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in chocolate.
Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets about 3 inches apart .
Bake in pre-heated oven 350 degrees 4 minutes. Then, place 4-5 mini marshmallows on top of each cookie, and switch to the broiler. Broil for 2 minutes until marshmallows are toasted. Remove from heat, and move to wire rack to cool.
