     Veggie Meatball Soup for 3

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
1 cup leftover mixed veggies (like carrots, peas and green beans)
3/4 cup canned stewed tomatoes
9 thawed fully cooked homestyle meatballs
2 bay leaves
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup uncooked spiral pasta
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT pasta in a 2 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until heated through.
Stir in the uncooked pasta. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes longer or until pasta is tender. Discard bay leaves.
