1 POUND MONTEREY JACK OR PROVOLONE
1/2 C. OLIVE OIL
1 & 1/2 t. FINELY SHREDDED LEMON PEEL
1/4 C. LEMON JUICE
3 GARLIC SLICED THIN
1/2 t. BLACK PEPPER
1 t. FENNEL CRUSHED
 

Instructions
PLACE CHEESE IN RESEALABLE PLASTIC BAG. COMBINE OIL,LEMON PEEL,LEMON JUICE, PEPPER AND FENNEL.MIX WELL POUR OVER CHEESE. SEAL BAG TUR TO COAT. REFRIGERATE UP TO 3 DAYS TURNING OCCASIONALLY.
Serving Suggestions
TO SERVER LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR. PUT IN A SERVING BOWL WITH MARINADE. MAKES 12 -16 SERVINGS.
