3/4 cu Sugar

1 large can Crushed Pineapple with juice

1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

1 teaspoon Red Food Coloring

1 box Cherry Gelatin
|
| |
4 Bananas, sliced
|
| |
1 cup Chopped Pecans
|
| |
2 Pie Shells, baked
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |

|
In a saucepan, combine cherry pie filling, sugar, pineapple w/ juice, cornstarch, and food coloring. Cook until thick.
|

|
Remove from heat and add dry gelatin. Allow to cool.
|
|
|
|
Add the bananas and pecans.
|
|
|
|
Pour into the baked pie shells, top with whipped topping and chill.
